Why this seat pack works

Support on rough roads

The Mini Rack’s spoon-shaped stainless steel platform supports the sack from below and helps hold it in place. It reduces side-to-side movement on uneven roads and trails, keeping the load more stable behind the saddle.

Easy removal and packing

7R Seat Pack is a modular bag. The sack comes off while the Mini Rack stays on your bike. You can pack it at camp or take it into your tent or accommodation without threading the straps through the saddle rails again.

A cord net around three sides of the sack holds an extra layer or other light items outside the main compartment. An extra strap underneath provides space for flat, light items such as flip-flops.

Small items within reach

The two side pouches keep tools, snacks or a first-aid kit separate from your main load. You can reach them without opening the waterproof sack and remove them when you need less storage.

Carry it off the bike

The backpack strap lets you carry the sack on your back when walking with your bike, taking a train or heading to accommodation. Your hands stay free for your bike and other luggage.

Fit and bike compatibility

The Mini Rack attaches to the seatpost and saddle rails. It is designed for fixed seatposts and is not compatible with dropper seatposts.

Choose the clamp to match your seatpost’s outside diameter: 27.2, 30.9 or 31.6 mm.

For a first fit check, measure the vertical gap from the saddle rails to the top of the rear tyre:

• 14L sack: around 18 cm of clearance

• 17L sack: 20 cm or more of clearance

These measurements are guidelines. Fit also depends on saddle position, frame geometry and exposed seatpost length.

If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. A side-view photo of your bike and your clearance measurement will help us check the fit and suggest a suitable sack size.

Installation guide

Full Set or Standard Set?

The Full Set adds side storage and a way to carry the sack on your back. The Standard Set offers a choice of sack sizes, with the option to add accessories later.

Colours, custom orders and prices

On this page, you can order the Full Set in a limited selection of two fabric options and three colours.

Choose each component separately

Prefer to choose the colours of each component separately? Build your own setup using our individual product pages:

Buying the same components separately in standard colours costs the same as the corresponding Full Set.

Custom colours

We can make a custom colour combination, subject to fabric availability.

• Full price: the regular Full Set price in your chosen fabric +15%, covering the extra work and material sourcing.

• Deposit: €100, deducted from the agreed total.

• Production time: confirmed individually, depending on the colours and available fabrics.

The €100 shown for the Custom option is a payment towards your set. We confirm the colours, full price and estimated production time before starting.

When your set is ready, we send photos for your approval. The remaining balance is paid before dispatch.

Waterproof protection for bikepacking

The main sack is made from waterproof fabric, and we seal the sewn seams with UltraTNT™ PSA Tape.

With the roll-top properly closed, it keeps your belongings dry in normal bikepacking conditions: rain, mud, puddles and brief accidental dips into water, including a fall into a swamp.

The sack is not designed for prolonged submersion.

The side pouches are water-resistant. Keep clothing, sleeping gear and other items that must stay dry inside the main sack.

Fabrics: ULTRA and ECOPAK

Both sack fabrics are waterproof laminates made by Challenge Outdoor. The waterproof sack in the Ecopak version uses EPLX400.

These weights refer to the fabric itself.

Ultra 200X is the lighter option, with a distinctive woven texture. EPLX400 combines a tough 400D outer layer with 100% recycled polyester components. Both versions use the same seam-taped roll-top construction.

For zips, buckles and other fasteners, we use components from established manufacturers:

• YKK — zips and fasteners

• ITW Nexus — buckles and fasteners

• Fidlock — magnetic closure systems

• Woojin — buckles and plastic components

Shipping and warranty

Made in our workshop in Kovel, Ukraine, and shipped worldwide from Ukraine.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates depend on your destination. Any import taxes, customs duties or handling fees are paid by the recipient.

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. If you have a problem, contact us with your order details and photos so we can help.
