All our products are made in Ukraine, and every order is shipped directly from Ukraine.
These terms apply to orders placed through our website or arranged directly with 7Roads.
Warranty
We provide a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation or maintenance, or modifications made after purchase.
If you think your product has a defect, email us with your order details and clear photos of the problem. We will review the case and, if it is covered by the warranty, repair or replace the product.

Payment for custom orders
Custom orders usually require a 20% prepayment before production begins. When the order is ready, we send detailed photos for approval. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
Currency conversion
Prices on our website are shown in euros. Card payments may be processed in Ukrainian hryvnia at the current exchange rate. Your bank or card issuer will convert the payment automatically.
The final amount in your card currency may vary slightly because of your bank’s exchange rate or fees.
Card payment problems
Some international card payments may be declined by the issuing bank during a security check. If this happens, try another card, use PayPal or Wise, or contact your bank to approve the payment.
Shipping and delivery
In-stock products are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Custom orders are usually ready for dispatch within 2–6 weeks, depending on the product and complexity of the order.
We send most international orders with Nova Post. Delivery to many European countries, the USA and Canada usually takes 7–10 days after dispatch.
For destinations where Nova Post is unavailable or expensive, we may use Ukrposhta. Delivery usually takes 15–30 days, and tracking updates may be less frequent.
Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, holidays and local carrier delays may extend them.
Import taxes and customs fees
Orders shipped outside Ukraine may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, customs-clearance fees or carrier handling fees in the destination country.
These charges are set by local authorities or carriers. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Returns and exchanges
Unused standard products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and include all tags and original packaging.
Please contact us before sending a product back so we can provide the return address and instructions.
The customer pays the return shipping cost unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. In these cases, 7Roads covers the return shipping cost.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
Order cancellations
Orders for in-stock products may be cancelled before dispatch.
Custom orders may be cancelled until production begins. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Product use and liability
Customers are responsible for installing, using and maintaining products correctly. Check attachment points, bolts and straps regularly, especially before riding on rough roads.
7Roads is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse or lack of maintenance.
Privacy
We collect only the personal information needed to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support.
We may share the necessary information with payment services, delivery companies and public authorities when required to complete an order or comply with the law. We do not sell personal information.
