7Roads is a specialized manufacturer of high-quality bikepacking bags, racks, and accessories. By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Warranty
We provide a lifetime warranty against defects arising from manufacturing or material faults. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications made after purchase.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Visa and MasterCard
  • PayPal
  • Direct bank transfer via Wise (payment details provided at checkout)

For custom orders placed through our website, a deposit will be required before production begins.
For custom orders arranged by email or through other direct communication channels, we usually require a 30% prepayment before production starts. Once the item is completed, we provide detailed photos for approval. After your confirmation, the order is shipped upon receipt of the remaining balance.

Currency information
Prices on our website are displayed in EUR. However, card payments may be processed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) at the current exchange rate. Your bank or card issuer will automatically convert the amount during checkout.
Please note that the final amount charged to your card currency may vary slightly depending on your bank’s exchange rate or any applicable bank fees.

Card payment authorization
Some international card payments may occasionally be declined automatically by the issuing bank as part of standard security checks for cross-border transactions. If this happens, we recommend trying another card, choosing PayPal or Wise, or contacting your bank to approve the transaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery
For in-stock items, orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Custom orders require a production period before dispatch. Estimated production time is usually 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the request.

We ship many international orders with Nova Post. In our experience, standard delivery to the EU, USA, and Canada usually takes around 7–10 days, although faster delivery is sometimes possible. The fastest deliveries we have seen were 4 days to Germany and 6 days to the USA and Canada. The slowest - 15 days to US.

For some destinations, Nova Post may be unavailable or relatively expensive. In such cases, we may use Ukrposhta instead. Ukrposhta offers international delivery to more than 230 countries and territories, which makes it a practical option for destinations where Nova Post is not the best fit.
Ukrposhta is generally slower, and tracking may not always be fully accurate. However, we have worked with this service for many years and have experienced only two lost parcels. In both cases, we promptly resolved the issue by sending replacement products to our customers. 

5. Returns & Exchanges
Unused standard items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and include all tags and original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders for stocked items may be cancelled prior to shipment. Custom orders can be cancelled until production begins, which varies depending on the type and quantity of products ordered. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Liability Disclaimer
7Roads is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the improper use, installation, or maintenance of our products. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring proper usage and upkeep.

8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and collect only the necessary personal information to process and fulfil orders. Your data is never shared or sold to third parties.
