We provide a lifetime warranty against defects arising from manufacturing or material faults. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications made after purchase.

  • Direct bank transfer via Wise (payment details provided at checkout)

We work with a 30% prepayment for custom orders. Once production is complete, we provide detailed images for your approval. If everything meets your expectations, we proceed with shipping upon receipt of the full payment. For standard product orders, full payment is required before shipping, and we send exactly what you selected at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery
For in-stock items, orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days. Custom orders require a production period of approximately 2-6 weeks before shipping, depending on the complexity of the request. Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

5. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Custom-made products are non-returnable unless they arrive with manufacturing defects or damage.

Orders for stocked items may be canceled prior to shipment. Custom orders can be canceled until production begins, which varies depending on the type and quantity of products ordered. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
