We ship via regular Ukranian posts. Normally shipping time is between 10 and 20 days, but due to lockdowns everywhere delays are possible. The parcel can be tracked during all periods and will delivery to the recipient by local post service of the destination country. Due to Covid limitations we ship once per week usually. For custom orders, we work with a 30% prepayment. After bags will be ready we will send detailed photos to you. And after receiving the full amount we will ship the bags. Usually waiting time for custom orders 4-10 weeks after receiving a prepayment. It depends on the season and the number of bags.
